You can now register your team to the Gothia Innebandy Cup 2018!
Four intense days with joy, fellowship and of course lots of floorball are now over. 13 teams have been crowned as champions. Congratulations to these teams, but also to all the other teams that hopefully also feel as winners.
Our new Gothia Arena in Valhalla was much appreciated. We had record attendance at the center for several days, not least the final day, where not even our large stands with capacity for 600 people was sufficient, the crowds were standing even around the court.
The Elite class of boys 17 years has offered wonderful floorball. Quite early there were two teams that caught our attention out and it was Bohemians from the Czech Republic and Wiler Ersigen from Switzerland. Theese were also the teams that more than right met in the final where FBS Bohemians won.
Approximately 10,000 players, coaches and parents visited Gothenburg and the Gothia Innebandy Cup. This makes the tournament an excellent meeting opportunity. Win or lose in the matches the meetings between people always remains. That’s the beauty of a cup adventure.
A big thank you to all of you leaders, players, parents, referees and officials who made this tournament possible. We hope that we can all meet again next year.
Next year’s Gothia Cup will be played between januari 4th -7th 2018.

“We are one of Linköping’s many men’s team, which this year became to its current composition.
The team mainly consists of players born in 1999 and 2000, but also have some players born in 1998.
We play mostly in the men’s 3rd division but some are also featured in one of our Junior First division team..
We look forward to a nice tournament and will be fun to meet some new teams. “ Says Robin Öberg, Coach for Linkoping IBK
